About this website

This website showcases a family-run collection of vacation rentals on the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand and lets you inquire about and book a stay. Property descriptions, photographs, rates, and availability are provided for general information and are subject to change without notice. We work to keep listings accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

Bookings, payments & cancellations

Reservations are processed through a third-party booking platform (Hostaway) and managed by our property management partner. When you book, you may also be subject to Hostaway's terms and to the specific rates, house rules, cancellation policy, and check-in and check-out details shown for the property at the time of booking. The terms presented during checkout govern your reservation. Payment is collected and processed by Hostaway; we do not process payments on this website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or interfere with its operation or security.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce site content for commercial use without our permission.

Intellectual property
