Palmetto Suites ("we," "us," or "our") is a family-run collection of vacation rentals on the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand in South Carolina. This Privacy Policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep the data we collect deliberately minimal.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and any details you choose to include in your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and help you plan a stay.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. This helps keep the site secure and working properly.

Booking information. When you make a reservation, the booking is handled through a third-party booking widget operated by Hostaway. Any information you enter to book a stay — including payment details — is collected and processed by Hostaway and our property management partner under Hostaway's own privacy policy, not by us. We do not collect or store your payment-card information on this website.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Third parties we share information with

We share limited information only with service providers that help us run the site and our rentals:

• Hostaway — booking, reservation management, and payment processing (when you book a stay).
• Our website host — to serve and secure the site.
• Map provider (OpenStreetMap) — loading neighborhood maps may share your IP address with the map tile provider.
• Email / messaging tools — to receive and reply to your contact-form messages.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and tracking

Our own pages use little to no tracking. The embedded Hostaway booking widget and our map provider may set their own cookies or collect data when those features load. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to review, update, or delete the personal information you have shared with us through the contact form by emailing asysadani@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's laws; contact us and we will honor any rights that apply to you.

We keep contact-form information only as long as needed to assist you and for our reasonable business records, then delete it. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

This website is intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
